About the Role

We're looking for a commercially minded and relationship-driven Commercial Partnerships Lead to join our Everyday Banking & Digital team. Reporting to the Head of Everyday Banking & Digital, this is a rare opportunity to build and grow a portfolio of strategic partnerships from the ground up.

You'll work across the business to develop and execute partnership strategies, optimise performance, and ensure our partner offerings deliver exceptional value to our members and the organisation.

What You'll Do

• Build and nurture strategic partner relationships
• Develop growth strategies, marketing plans, and performance reporting
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance partner performance and customer journeys
• Lead contract negotiations, onboarding, and vendor governance
• Provide tools and insights to frontline teams to boost engagement

What You'll Bring

• 5+ years in financial services or insurance
• Experience in marketing, partnerships, or relationship management
• Strong analytical and project management skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
• Tertiary qualification in business, marketing or related field
