About the Role

This role offers mentorship and career development, with the potential to step into supervisory responsibilities from day one or as you gain experience.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Preparing and reviewing financial statements, tax returns, and BAS/IAS for a variety of clients
  • Providing business advisory services, including tax planning and structuring
  • Ensuring compliance with Australian tax laws and regulations
  • Liaising directly with clients to offer strategic solutions and financial insights
  • Supporting and mentoring junior team members
  • Working closely with partners and senior staff to expand technical expertise and commercial acumen
About You
  • CA or CPA qualified (or part-qualified and working towards completion)
  • 3+ years' experience in business services, tax, or advisory within an Australian public practice firm
  • Strong knowledge of Australian tax legislation, compliance, and advisory services
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated and eager to progress within a growing firm
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
