Reporting to the Head of Business Development, the Lean IX Account Executive is responsible for managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a proactive, client-focused individual who can effectively communicate value propositions, manage sales pipelines, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions. The Account Executive will play a key role in expanding Kapish's market presence and ensuring client satisfaction.

What about the role:
- Lead Generation: Develop and implement lead generation strategies to identify and target potential customers or clients who would benefit from the SaaS offering.
- Pipeline Management: Build and manage a sales pipeline by tracking leads, opportunities, and deals through various stages of the sales process.
- Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations with potential clients and work towards closing deals, ensuring terms and conditions are mutually beneficial and align with company policies.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients, including nurturing leads and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the SaaS product, its features, benefits, and how it solves customer pain points.
- Sales Presentations: Create and deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations to prospects, highlighting the value and benefits of the SaaS solution.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with other teams within the organisation, such as marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and changes in the SaaS landscape.
- Compliance: Ensure that all sales activities adhere to legal and regulatory requirements.
- Networking: Attend industry events, conferences, and seminars to build a strong professional network and promote the SaaS product.
What experience do you need:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales or account management role, preferably in a SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of sales principles, customer relationship management, and solution selling.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
