About the Role

Join us as a Graduate (Full Stack Software Engineer OR Data Science) and kick-start your career in a collaborative, agile environment where innovation, learning, and impact go hand in hand.

About You

You're a recent or soon-to-be graduate who's passionate about software development and excited to launch your career in a fast-paced, agile environment. You enjoy solving problems, learning new technologies, and collaborating with others to build great user experiences.

We're looking for someone who brings:

• Curiosity, critical thinking, and a passion for problem-solving
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and collaborate effectively across teams
• A willingness to work with ambiguity and tackle challenges without clear-cut answers
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
• An eagerness to keep learning and growing in a fast-paced, agile environment
• Interest in exploring emerging technologies such as AI and machine learning

Minimum Eligibility Requirements

• Australian or New Zealand Citizen or an Australian Permanent Resident (No sponsorship available)
• Final-year student or recent graduate within the past two years (2024, 2025 or January 2026) of a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
• Internship or project experience in web or mobile development is a plus, but not required
• Willing to undergo required checks like police check and global sanctions check
