Overview

Director - Safety & Environment Recruitment at Evolve Talent

Responsibilities
  • Look after RTW, Injury Management (IM) and wellbeing within this large organisation
  • Work as part of a highly skilled and qualified team
  • 12 month fixed term contract with broader career opportunities available
  • Return to Work and Injury Management on site, driving proactive injury prevention and wellbeing initiatives within the distribution centre
  • Support injured workers returning to work and engage and educate managers and staff to promote a strong safety and wellbeing culture
Requirements / Qualifications
  • Demonstrated Return to Work, Injury Management or Occupational Rehab experience
  • Strong communication and consultation skills with the ability to engage all levels of staff and external providers
  • Expertise in discussing injury and treatment-related issues with relevant stakeholders
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex claims effectively
  • Experience in developing and implementing proactive employee health and wellness programs
  • Tertiary qualifications in Exercise Physiology, Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, or a related allied health/health field
