Concierge and Food Service Associate

We are seeking a Concierge and Food Service Associate to join our team. As the first point of contact for residents, family members, and visitors entering our building, you will provide exceptional service and support.

About the Role
  • Provide ground-floor Concierge services to all residents and guests, ensuring their requests are handled in a welcoming manner.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks, such as phone and email correspondence, organizing bookings, and distributing mail.
  • Help residents troubleshoot issues or enquiries related to transportation, porterage, and settling into the community.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Previous hospitality or customer service experience, preferably in roles such as hotel concierge, wait staff, or food and beverage staff.
  • Availability on Tuesday (essential) and Wednesday-Saturday (highly desired).
  • A compassionate, empathetic, and kind attitude towards residents, colleagues, and visitors.

Others

This is a casual position assisting our team with coverage as needed. You will work in our in-house restaurant during lunch or dinner service, delivering gold-standard hospitality service. You will also observe workplace health and safety and safe food handling procedures.
