This is a permanent full-time opportunity available at Westpac's Torrensville branch. This is a full-time, branch-based role scheduled Monday to Friday.



Responsibilities
  • Proactively engage with customers in-person and over the phone to uncover their financial needs, using your product knowledge to assist them in achieving their financial goals.
  • Refer customers to specialist banking teams such as Home Loans and Business Banking.
  • Coach customers on Westpac's digital banking offerings.
  • Balance sales and customer service with accountability for sales and referral targets — empowering customers to make the most of their money.


What you need
  • Banking experience is ideal, but not essential — your high-performing energy and ability to nurture strong customer relationships will be key to your success.
  • Strong experience in a customer-facing or phone-based sales role.
  • Resilience, tenacity, and an ability to flex — no two days and no two customers are ever the same
  • Proven experience of achieving performance KPIs with an uncompromising commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Comfortable working with numbers and adept at navigating multiple systems.
