**Your new company**

This banking institution is dedicated to providing support to those who protect our community. With over 60 years in the industry, they are looking for an experienced Personal Banker to join their team based in Edinburgh.

**Your new role**

Within this role, you will be responsible for providing a seamless service to customers enquiring about personal loans, credit cards, general insurance and much more

You will:

- Provide excellent personal banking experiences
- Refer mortgage enquiries to a specialised team
- Create and maintain relationships with community members
- Educate members on digital banking tools and products

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Previous retail banking experience will be highly desired
- Have a passion for providing great customer service
- Enjoy working in a team environment
- Be able to work autonomously and efficiently
- Have a desire to grow and learn
