They are currently seeking a talented and driven Account Director to join their Melbourne team.

In this role, you will:

As an Account Director, you'll play a key role in designing and delivering quantitative research projects across Finance, Professional Services, Retail, and Local Government sectors. You'll work closely with clients to understand their objectives, recommend the best methodologies and technologies, and bring insight to life in a way that sparks action and delivers real impact.

Your background:

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

  • A degree in a relevant field (e.g., Market Research, Psychology, Sociology)
  • At least 4/5+ years of experience in quantitative market research
  • A strong track record in survey design, data analysis, and presenting insights
  • Experience with statistical software (e.g., Q, SPSS, R)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines
  • A passion for high-quality research and delivering insights that drive business success
