Senior SAP Business Analyst – ERP upgrade Shape the Future of our clients Enterprise SystemAre you an experienced Senior SAP Business Analyst with a passion for digital transformation? Join our client and play a vital role in a significant ERP migration strategy. We're seeking a talented individual to define and implement a strategic roadmap that aligns with both business and IT needs. About the Role:This is your chance to join early on a large transformation program leading in-depth business analysis, identify critical issues, and prepare functional and non-functional requirements for strategic development. You'll collaborate closely with senior leaders and key stakeholders to ensure ERP initiatives drive business objectives. Your contribution will be vital in forming business cases and ensuring the successful execution of the ERP strategy. Key Responsibilities:

  • Refine and implement a comprehensive ERP strategy roadmap.
  • Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather requirements and define benefits.
  • Ensure ERP initiatives align with business goals and technical feasibility.
  • Lead business discovery activities and document key insights.
  • Assist in prioritising ERP initiatives.
  • Define business and functional requirements for seamless ERP migration.
  • Cooperate in testing cycles (SIT, UAT, PVT).
  • Develop business cases, process maps, and impact assessments.
  • Monitor and measure the success of ERP initiatives.
Key Criteria:
  • 5+ years as an SAP Business Analyst in digital transformation.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement experience.
  • Ability to translate business needs into actionable deliverables.
  • Experience in system upgrades and migrations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Expertise in impact analysis and functional artifacts.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
The Ideal Candidate Will Bring:
  • Solid knowledge of business analysis frameworks (PMBOK, BMBOK, Agile).
  • Strong workshop facilitation and presentation skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and problem-solving abilities.
  • Advanced documentation skills.
  • Experience with SAP and data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI).
  • Knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA.
  • Experience with core SAP modules (HR, FI/CO, Purchasing).
Desirable:
  • Utilities or Similar industry experience.
