ERH is seeking an Administrator with document management experience to join the Health Information Service team. Be part of a supportive, forward‑thinking environment where your expertise is valued.
Responsibilities- Tracking and recording the exact location of each Medical Record in the system to enable quick retrieval of physical files when needed.
- Developing and overseeing the archiving schedule for the department, coordinating tasks and setting priorities.
- Handling and safeguarding sensitive health information in full compliance with patient privacy regulations and internal data governance standards.
- Manually uploading and entering missing documentation into the internal information system.
- Assigning and managing tasks for the filing team, supervising work to ensure efficiency, consistency and accuracy in the unification process.
- Working directly with the external storage provider and overseeing requests and transfers of medical records through multiple systems.
- Effective and efficient use of relevant technologies, including Microsoft Office components (Word, Excel, Outlook) and appropriate health management systems.
- Well-developed verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong understanding of handling confidential information and commitment to maintaining privacy.
