Only About Children Berwick is currently seeking experienced Cert III and Diploma qualified Educators to join our passionate and supportive team in a permanent full time Educator role. If you're a confident educator who loves working with children, enjoys being part of a collaborative team, and is ready to make a real impact we'd love to hear from you. Only About Children is proud to share that our application for the Worker Retention Payment has been approved This means our team members will receive an additional 10% on top of the award rate, plus an extra 5% from December 2025, funded by the Australian Federal Government until 30 November 2026. What We're Looking For
  • Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care (or actively working toward it)
  • Previous experience in an early learning or long day care setting
  • A confident, caring approach with a strong focus on relationships
  • A collaborative mindset and willingness to support your team
  • A strong understanding of child safety and wellbeing
