Job Description

  • Create memorable guest experiences
  • Use your excellent communication skills to liaise with the housekeeping team
  • Keep a well-stocked inventory of all amenities and housekeeping equipment

  • Resolve all guest requests with efficiency and with 5-star luxury service
  • Maintain a high-standard of cleanliness in all guest rooms and housekeeping areas
  • Showcase your exceptional organisation skills, ensuring all housekeeping supplies are available as needed
Qualifications

What you will bring to the role:

  • High-energy and efficiency at completing a variety of tasks
  • Experience as a house-person or housekeeper with inventory responsibilities (preferably in a luxury hotel environment)
  • Physical fitness is essential as this is an active role
  • Able to comfortably lift 10kg
  • Safe manual handling training & experience
  • Exceptional attention to detail & organisation skills
  • Commitment to delivering a 5-star service to guests
