About the Housekeeping Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Housekeeper.

As a Houseperson, you will be responsible for ensuring that hotel rooms are cleaned and maintained to a high standard. This includes restocking of clean linen, service and cleaning of hotel rooms for check-in and outs, and checking supplies, equipment and housekeeping trolleys.

You will work closely with the housekeeping department and front office to ensure that rooms are cleaned and maintained efficiently.

We are looking for someone who possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a keen eye for detail, and a friendly and positive attitude.

  • Key responsibilities include:
  • Carrying large bags of linen
  • Restocking of clean linen
  • Service and clean hotel rooms for check-in and outs
  • Ensuring rooms are kept in the best condition by directing work and suggesting necessary replacements
  • Driving productivity and efficiency
  • Checking supplies, equipment and housekeeping trolleys for optimal stock levels
  • Identifying room status discrepancies and reporting to Housekeeping Department and Front Office immediately
