Overview

Ultradata is seeking a dynamic Client Engagement Associate to join our Melbourne-based team and become the trusted advisor for our valued clients. You will be at the core of client relationships — managing accounts, facilitating operational requests, and connecting clients with Ultradata's suite of financial software solutions to drive client satisfaction, retention, and growth.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building trusted relationships
  • Conduct regular client meetings, site visits, and virtual check-ins to maintain strong engagement
  • Keep clients informed about Ultradata's products, innovations, and strategic developments
  • Understand client business needs and communicate them effectively to internal teams
  • Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address any issues or roadblocks
  • Develop and execute account sales plans and marketing strategies
  • Facilitate product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client requirements
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Assist with quotes, proposals, and account documentation
Qualifications & Experience
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business (Financial Services discipline highly desirable)
  • Proven experience in sales methodology and solution-based client engagement
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Ability to interpret technical data and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Demonstrated success in influencing decision-makers and building trust
