What you will be doing
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with VIP and key B2B customers, including regular business reviews, quarterly forecasting, and order tracking.
  • Develop and manage customer channels: plan secondary channel strategies, provide operational and service support, and drive sales target execution.
  • Collect and analyze key customer project opportunities across multiple channels; create and maintain project information files.
  • Coordinate cross-functional resources to promote product implementation in industrial and commercial customer projects, ensuring a closed-loop sales process.
  • Lead customer account planning to achieve revenue and market share goals, while monitoring overdue accounts and financial statements.
  • Drive and coordinate marketing activities and events to enhance customer engagement.
  • Analyze customer needs and market trends; propose tailored product solutions and develop effective sales scenarios accordingly.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform market positioning and seize timely business opportunities.
  • Ensure the completion of sales targets and manage daily sales operations with a results-driven approach.
  • Execute ad hoc tasks assigned by management efficiently and effectively.
Who you are
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of proven B2B sales experience in the renewable energy or high-tech sector, preferably selling via indirect channels (e.g., distributors or dealers).
  • Strong portfolio management experience with a track record of achieving sales and market objectives.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and CRM tools such as Salesforce.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced, complex sales environment.
  • Demonstrated ability in market analysis, territory planning, and customer lifecycle management.
  • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communications skills.
  • Ideal candidate should be based in Sydney.
