About The Role

TAFE SA is seeking a dynamic Team Lead – Transformation and Platforms to drive the development and delivery of cutting-edge ICT services and transformation initiatives.

In this pivotal role, you will contribute to the planning, implementation, and evaluation of complex programs and projects that drive organisational change and modernise core ICT capabilities. Your leadership will be pivotal in supporting the delivery of digital initiatives that align with TAFE SA's strategic objectives, delivering measurable improvements that strengthen organisational performance and support long-term digital transformation.

This position combines strategic program and project leadership with hands-on transformation delivery. You will lead a team focused on identifying and implementing innovative solutions that enhance performance and drive operational efficiency across the organisation.

With a strong emphasis on people leadership, strategic program delivery, and driving transformational outcomes, this role presents a fantastic opportunity to influence and shape TAFE SA's digital transformation journey.

Special Conditions

The successful applicant is required to demonstrate having a valid DHS Working With Children Check (WWCC) prior to being employed. Applicants who do not hold a WWCC will need to apply at Department of Human Services (DHS).

• Out of hours work may be required
• Some intra/interstate travel and overnight absences may be required.
• Incumbent will be required to participate in the department's Performance Development Program.
