About the role

Our Guest Service Agents (GSAs) are the friendly first point of contact at The Capitol Hotel. They look after Front Office, Food & Beverage, and guest interactions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing arrivals and departures of guests
  • Providing exceptional guest service by responding to requests efficiently and courteously
  • Setting up and packing down restaurant and bar areas as needed
  • Preparing cocktails, serving beers, and engaging with guests throughout the day
  • Coordinating with housekeeping, reservations, and maintenance to meet guest needs
  • Resolving guest issues promptly
