Groundskeeper/Maintenance

Twist, Inc. a leading manufacturer of steel springs, stampings and metal fabrication products in Xenia and Jamestown Ohio, is seeking a dedicated, year round, full time Groundskeeper/Maintenace person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the grounds of our facilities to ensure a safe and aesthetically pleasing environment. DUTIES

-Perform groundskeeping duties such as mowing, edging, and weeding in the summer months; snow removal and salting in the winter months and maintenance on parking lots.

-Ensure the overall cleanliness and tidiness of outdoor spaces.

-Perform some general building maintenance including painting and using hand and power tools.

REQUIREMENTS

-Valid Ohio Drivers License and clean driving record.

-Ability to work independently and as part of a team effectively.

-Proficient in using mowing equipment, hand tools and power tools.
