At Green Leaves Early Learning, our National Learning, Research, and Development Program (NLRDP) supports professional development with an extensive range of services and opportunities developed in collaboration with Educators across the group.

Responsibilities
  • Guide a team of educators to create thoughtful and provoking experiences for every child.
  • Lead curriculum development initiatives and support educators in delivering high-quality learning experiences.
  • Participate in learning and development opportunities offered through the NLRDP, including mentoring, think tanks, and resource access.
  • Engage with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander knowledge and inclusive practices as part of Cultural Pedagogy, Sustainability, The Arts, Documentation, and Wellbeing initiatives.
  • Utilise the NLRDP Communication and Resource platform to access information and resources.
  • Collaborate with Pedagogical partners and mentoring teams to support program improvement and educator development.
Qualifications
  • Proven masterful mentoring skills.
  • ACECQA-approved Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care qualification, or higher.
  • A current state-relevant Working with Children Check.
  • Current Child Protection Training (or willingness to obtain upon commencement).
  • Current Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR and First Aid Certificates (or willingness to obtain).
