Senior Sales Director - Haematology

A seasoned sales leader is required to drive commercial growth and success in the Australian market.

About This Role
  • Lead a high-performing team of six Specialty Hospital Sales Representatives nationwide.
  • Develop, implement, and execute national sales strategies that meet business objectives.
  • Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Main Responsibilities
  • Cultivate strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Analyse sales performance data and develop insights to inform strategic decisions.
  • Drive the implementation of innovative sales initiatives and programs.
  • Mentor and coach team members to achieve individual and team goals.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a Senior Sales Manager or Regional Sales Manager.
  • Background in pharmaceutical sales or related medical fields.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and revenue growth.
