As part of our expansion, we are looking to hire a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our in-house marketing team. This role will be key to supporting the execution of our digital strategies and driving conversion through various digital mediums.
Role Overview
The Digital Marketing Specialist will focus on executing CRM activities, managing eDM and SMS campaigns, optimizing the website, and handling web CMS and SEO management. This role is execution-focused and works closely with internal marketing team and external vendors to ensure the successful delivery of digital conversion campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- CRM Campaign Execution: Build and manage eDM and SMS campaigns that support conversion objectives.
- Website Optimization: Support website optimization projects, ensuring improvements align with conversion goals and best practices.
- Web CMS Management: Manage web content and updates on CMS platforms to ensure seamless digital experiences.
- SEO Management: Assist with SEO efforts to improve organic search visibility and drive relevant traffic.
- Vendor Coordination: Work with external vendors to deliver projects in line with the overall conversion strategy.
- Collaboration with Creative Team: Liaise with creative design teams to develop digital assets required for campaigns.
- Reporting & Analytics: Track the performance of digital campaigns, using data to inform decisions and improve results.
- Support Strategy Execution: Support the Head of Conversion in executing digital programs and strategies to improve lead-to-sales conversion.
Skills & Experience
Essential:
- Proven experience in digital marketing, specifically in CRM campaign management (eDM and SMS).
- Hands-on experience with web CMS management and website optimization.
- Basic understanding of SEO principles and tactics.
- Familiarity with data analysis and reporting for digital marketing campaigns.
- Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with creative teams and vendors.
Desirable:
- Experience with web analytics tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar).
- Knowledge of the home building or real estate industry is a plus.
Key Success Metrics
- Successful execution of CRM campaigns, including eDM and SMS.
- Increased website performance through optimization efforts (traffic, engagement, etc.).
- Achievement of SEO goals, such as improved rankings and organic traffic growth.
- Timely delivery of digital assets for campaigns in collaboration with the creative team.
- Positive impact on conversion rates through digital marketing efforts.
