Job Title: Client Services Officer

Join HUB24, a leading provider in the wealth industry, as a full-time Client Services Officer based in Gold Coast or Sydney. This role offers career growth within our award-winning contact centre, emphasizing exceptional service and customer experience.

Please note: After 2-3 months of training, this hybrid position requires 2 days in the office weekly. We operate on a rotating roster from 8am to 7pm, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities:
  1. Handle inbound and outbound calls in the contact centre.
  2. Serve as a primary contact for clients, managing relationships and producing welcome emails for new clients.
  3. Assist with client inquiries aligned with our service offerings and liaise with key relationships.
  4. Draft and produce client communications as needed.
  5. Manage chat and email inquiries from advisers and clients.
  6. Answer calls from key advisers and support their needs, including adviser and dealer group administration.
  7. Apply effective problem-solving and time management skills in client service operations.
  8. Perform other service-related tasks as assigned by your team leader.
Requirements:
  • Experience in superannuation or managed funds, with knowledge of insurance, banking products, platform, and wrap services (desirable).
  • Proven client service experience in a call centre environment with a passion for customer support.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to engage multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to quickly learn new technology and systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a positive attitude.
