Due to rapid growth, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced client services officer to join our dynamic team on the Gold Coast.

You will be part of a rapidly growing business with numerous opportunities for advancement.
Your Role- This is a permanent, full-time role at our Mermaid Beach office on the Gold Coast.
- You will manage adviser calendars and appointments.
- Liaise with clients to request and follow-up required information.
- Guide clients through each step of the advice process via templated email.
- Perform basic implementation relating to superannuation only.
You are an experienced professional in a client services capacity within a financial planning firm. You have:
- A friendly and easy-going nature.
- Highly organised with good time-management skills.
- A minimum 3 years' experience in a financial planning client services role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A friendly phone manner.
- Ability to work autonomously and effectively to manage your workload.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Experience with XPLAN is an advantage.
