Overview

Allied Moving Services are the worldwide leaders in the Moving Services Industry and are currently recruiting for vacancies to join our teams across Australia and New Zealand. We are looking for enthusiastic & motivated applicants to join our team for our busy period of the year commencing in the coming weeks Positions available include: Owner Driver & Contractors, Removalist/Offsiders, Household goods Packers & unpackers & drivers with valid class licences.

With an immediate start & full training provided to our successful applicants we can guarantee a job that offers attractive hourly rates, potential overtime for those seeking extra earnings in their pocket, learning a life skill to take with you wherever you go. In addition the role offers variety as no job is ever the same and can take you to all parts of your city and is a great way to keep fit.

Duties
  • Pack and wrap items into cartons to ensure safe transport or storage
  • Unpacking and unwrapping of cartons
  • Loading & unloading of household goods
  • The ability to lift 20kg items independently
Qualifications / Requirements
  • Good verbal communication skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Must be a real team player
  • Flexible to start and finish times
  • Licences are highly desirable including MR, HR, HC, Forklift - equivalent Class 2-5 in New Zealand
