The Role – Sales Consultant
We're looking for a Full-Time Sales Consultant to join our Hobart team. In this role, you'll:
  • Provide first-class service, using your product knowledge to tailor solutions for every customer.
  • Guide customers through their entire journey – from consultation and quoting to delivery, installation, and post-sale support.
  • Build long-term relationships, creating customers for life.
  • Work in a supportive environment where learning, growth, and fun are part of our culture.
  • Enjoy being part of a high-performing team that celebrates success.
Who We're Looking For
You're someone who thrives on connecting with people and making a difference in their experience. You'll bring:
  • Experience in a customer-focused environment where you've assessed needs and recommended solutions (backgrounds in real estate, automotive, travel, or similar are highly valued).
  • Strong time management and organisational skills in a fast-paced setting.
  • A collaborative approach with a team-first mindset.
  • Solid IT skills and excellent communication – verbal and written.
