Flexibility in working hours, including weekends and late nights, is essential. Full availability from October 2025 to January 2026 is required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service through great service, product knowledge, and seamless transactions.
  • Stay updated with the latest products and share knowledge with customers.
  • Support store operations by managing stock and preventing loss.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards to ensure the store's appearance aligns with brand standards.
  • Live and exemplify the Country Road Group values, working collaboratively with the team to achieve results.
