About The Role
Our Wollongong office requires a full-time Payroll Officer/Administrator to work with our Client Service & Project Management teams. Your tasks will include the collating and processing of Payroll, accounts, and other administrative tasks.
Duties
This opportunity would suit an organised and enthusiastic individual with a high level of competency in MS Office, in particular Word and Excel. More specifically, your duties will include:
- Payroll processes
- Performing accounts and invoicing functions
- Liaising with clients & suppliers
- General administrative support and office duties
- Quality and Safety documentation

- Previous experience in a payroll or admin support role preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work both as part of a team and independently
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel and Word
- Reliable and punctual attendance
- Pronto & SimPro experience would be advantageous
