SunCentral is on the lookout for a dynamic and versatile Business Support Officer to join our team at the Maroochydore City Centre. This is your opportunity to play a pivotal role in providing high quality financial and operational support to the Business Manager, as well as provide a range of business support services that enables SunCentral's CEO and broader management team.

What you'll do

  • Bookkeeping and Accounting Support: Ensure high standards and accuracy when preparing and processing financial data, updating records and compiling reports.
  • Business Administration: Provide efficient and effective administration support to the Business Manager, including records management and other general administrative duties as directed.
  • Office Management: Ensure the seamless operation of daily office activities to maintain a smooth and efficient workflow.

Key capabilities include

  • Demonstrated experience providing financial, business and/or executive support
  • High level of integrity and professionalism
  • Adaptable and proactive approach to work
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 Suite (specifically SharePoint, Word and Excel)
  • Minimum Cert III in Bookkeeping or Accounting, or equivalent experience
