What does a Vistage Chair do?As a Vistage Chair, you'll leverage your leadership experience to guide high-performing CEOs and business owners of SMEs through local confidential peer groups and one-on-one mentoring.
- Facilitate monthly peer advisory group meetings that help members achieve breakthrough insights and performance.
- Mentor and coach 1:1 some of ANZ's leading SME CEOs & Business Owners
- Build and manage your own Chair practice with the support of Vistage's proven model, including selecting and onboarding prospective members
- You've held senior executive or CEO roles with P&L responsibility and led high performing teams
- You speak the language of leaders and can lead engaging group discussions and challenge with care.
- You have the time and drive to build your own Chair practice, supported by Vistage's brand and tools.
- You're an lifelong learner who can help CEOs develop and grow
- Chairs stay connected to the latest challenges facing SMEs through their work with us. You'll work directly with CEOs and owners on their biggest and most complex challenges.
- Members often say Vistage has changed their lives, personally and professionally. We've been around for more than 65 years, and some members have been with us for 20+ years.
- Vistage equips you with proven tools, world-class resources, and a strong community of fellow Chairs.
- Freedom to manage your schedule, balancing professional and personal priorities.
- Business development is a core part of this role; you will need to prospect for new members from your own network
- Working in partnership with the Vistage team means sticking to the tried and tested methods and processes.
- This is not a full-time role; it is part-time as an Independent Contractor
