Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of experienced emergency nurses in collaboration with other team leaders, Veterinary Director, and Practice Manager
- Support a positive culture and have fun with your team
- Maintain a high standard of patient and client care
- Communicate effectively with your team
- Rostered alongside your team leading by example
- Engage in ongoing professional development
- Cert IV in Veterinary Nursing. Preferably experienced in a leadership position (Practice Manager)
- 5+ years of experience in a busy GP clinic or in an emergency/critical care role
- Strong technical skills (IV catheter placement, blood sampling, anaesthesia monitoring)
- Calm, focused, and compassionate under pressure
- Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for patient and client care
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays on a rotating roster with time to plan for your team's success
- Full-time position
