A Day In The Role Of a Support Worker As a Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in offering essential care and support to children, young people, and adults who may be facing various challenges. Work with individuals across age groups, assisting with personal care and daily living skillsPlan and attend appointments and activities for social interaction and skill developmentComplete daily case notes, admin tasks, and incident reports Mandatory Skills And Requirements Current NSW Driver's Licence Current First Aid & CPR CertificateA paid Working with Children Check (WWCC)A National Disability Insurance Scheme Workers Check (NDSWC)Willingness to provide consent to be listed on the Residential Care Workers Register (RCWR)Qualifications in Disability Services, Community Services or Individual Support highly regarded but not essential
