We are on the lookout for a dynamic, collaborative and high-performing

Senior Data Scientist in Melbourne who is a passionate and

commercially minded individual who can leverage AI/ML to develop and scale

solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes—such as driving revenue

growth, boosting operational efficiency, enhancing user experience, and

The ideal candidate will bring proven experience in

building and deploying AI/ML models as part of SaaS product

commercialisation efforts. Your contributions will not only enhance our existing

product offerings but also support new product development and expansion

efforts in Asia Pacific, Europe and North America.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with technical and business stakeholders to

understand requirements and identify opportunities for Data Science

applications and market expansions.

• Applied advanced AI/ML techniques to improve vehicle pricing, chatbot

functionality, and AI insights across local and international markets, with

ongoing validation and performance monitoring.

• Research and apply new opportunities in prediction, classification,

regression, and broader ML/AI applications to enhance our product

offerings and support market expansion.

• Responsible for the end-to-end Data Science execution on GCP

platform, including scoping, building, testing, tracking, maintenance and

optimisation of ML/AI models.

• Contribute to tangible business metrics, such as revenue uplift, cost

reduction, and increasing customer satisfaction.

What you'll bring:

• Minimum 7+ years of experience in at least one programming language

(e.g., Python, R).

• Minimum 7+ years of practical experience in building, deploying, and

monitoring production grade AI/ML models, with a focus on pricing

forecasts.

• Hands-on experience with AI and machine learning techniques—

particularly Regression, Classification, OCR, NLP, and LLMs—is required.

• Minimum 7+ years of experience working with large datasets using SQL

coding. Proven experience with Data Warehouse usage, especially with

Snowflake or GCP BigQuery.

• Proven experience using visualisation tools such as Tableau and Power BI.

• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, influence credibly and

effectively at all levels of the organisation.
