Are you ready to shape how data drives smarter decisions across a global business?

We're seeking an experienced Agile Program Manager to champion Agile practices and enable high-performing delivery across a distributed data and analytics function. This role is all about building capability, fostering continuous improvement, and helping the business unlock the full value of its data assets.

What you'll be doing

  • Lead Scrum ceremonies across global teams, ensuring cadence, discipline, and autonomy
  • Provide hands-on Agile coaching to Product Owners, delivery teams, and stakeholders
  • Align data delivery with strategic priorities through inclusive, cross-cultural collaboration
  • Translate business needs into valuable data products for enterprise reporting, governance, and analytics
  • Tailor and evolve Agile frameworks (e.g. SAFe, Kanban) to optimise delivery and outcomes

About you

  • 4+ years as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach, preferably in data, analytics, BI, or data engineering settings
  • Skilled in tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or Miro
  • Strong understanding of data platforms and tools (SQL, Power BI, Synapse, etc.)
  • Confident communicator and facilitator with cross-cultural team experience
  • Proactive, adaptable, and passionate about leading through influence
