In This Role, You Will
- Lead from the front across diverse portfolio including, Data centres, electrical, construction, maintenance, and communications projects, delivering exceptional results through strong customer partnerships, passion, and excellence.
- Shape and grow a high-performing team, driving sustainable success and fostering a culture of innovation and positivity.
- Own project delivery, overseeing operations to ensure efficiency, milestone achievement, and high-quality outcomes.
- Manage end-to-end execution, including resource planning, documentation, scheduling, budgeting, and client engagement.
- Be hands-on: attending site meetings, leading inspections, and upholding the highest standards of workmanship.
- Collaborate with Sales and Operations to scope, estimate, and quote upcoming projects with confidence.
- Champion HSEQ excellence, embedding safety and quality into every phase of work.
- Develop your team: mentor and develop Project Managers, Project Coordinators, Technicians, and Apprentices by fostering growth, accountability, and a strong safety culture across all levels of the team.
- You'll be trades qualified (electrical and/or telecommunications) with hands on experience in working across diverse electrical, construction, maintenance and communications projects. Holding both a current electrical licence for WA and ACMA licence is required.
- Demonstrate a strong ability to lead, mentor, and develop multidisciplinary teams, including Project Managers, Coordinators, Technicians, and Apprentices.
- Hold extensive experience overseeing the full lifecycle of project delivery, including estimating, scheduling, cost control, invoicing, and resource management across multiple, concurrent projects.
- Have a proven track record in managing budgets, achieving gross margin targets, and mitigating commercial risks, with a solid understanding of tendering, estimating, procurement, and contract administration.
- Demonstrate a commitment to health, safety, environment, and quality assurance (HSEQ) and have a current White card.
- Have an exceptional attention to detail and a high proficiency in using project management software and the MS Office suite. Experience in using SharePoint, Bluebeam, Groundplan and SimPro would be highly desirable.
- Bring energy, drive, and sharp time management with clear communication and ability to build trusted relationships with teams, suppliers, and customers.
- Be willing to undertake some occasional regional travel.
