The Opportunity
This success, along with other water projects across NSW and Australia, marks a significant step in supporting clients with complex infrastructure challenges.
We are seeking Associate Structural Engineers to join our Sydney team and support our national industrial and water business.
This role is ideal for experienced professionals aiming to advance their careers by leading and developing our Sydney team and working on diverse water infrastructure projects.
You will lead structural designs for steel structures in hydraulic structures, pump stations, service reservoirs, and treatment facilities, as well as general industrial projects. You will manage project delivery from design through to construction support as part of a multidisciplinary team.
In a supportive, inclusive environment that values diversity and continuous improvement, you will have opportunities to mentor junior engineers, refine your technical skills, engage with clients, and contribute to shaping future industrial and water infrastructure.
About you
You are a Chartered Professional Engineer with a bachelor's degree in civil or structural engineering, with experience in industrial steel structures (knowledge of concrete design is a plus). You have a solid foundation in structural analysis, design, and documentation and are ready to take on more technical responsibilities.
You work collaboratively across disciplines, are committed to continuous learning, and eager to mentor junior engineers.
