      Your new role

      Role

      As Community Fundraising Administrator, you will provide invaluable administrative support to the Community Fundraising team. You will play a key role in:
      • Assisting the team with the coordination of fundraising events and campaigns, including distribution of materials
      • Handling inbound/outbound supporter communications via phone, email & mail
      • Maintaining accurate records across fundraising systems
      • Maintaining donation registers and coordinating the logistics of gift-in-kind donations

      Your skills and experience

      You Will Bring With You
      • Previous experience in administration and/or customer services roles
      • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
      • Excellent attention to detail
      • Strong initiative, problem solving and stakeholder engagement skills
      • Qualifications in marketing/fundraising and/or experience in the not-for-profit sector would be highly regarded, however not essential
