We're a growing, people-first disability services provider looking for a skilled and values-driven Clinical Director to help shape what great allied health and community services can look like.

This is an opportunity for a motivated clinical leader who wants to step into a role with genuine influence — guiding clinical practice, building strong systems, and mentoring a team that delivers high-quality, person-centred support.

Base salary of $150,000

About You

  • You're an experienced allied health leader (OT, Psychologist, Speech Pathologist, Social Worker or similar)
  • You understand what quality clinical governance looks like — and how to put it into practice
  • You're collaborative, down-to-earth and not afraid to roll up your sleeves
  • You want to lead with people, not paperwork — balancing compliance with genuine care
  • You're looking for a fresh environment where your ideas and team can grow
