Overview

Senior Product Manager for Search Engine Optimization (SEO) role based in Bangkok. The opportunity focuses on driving the SEO product strategy, partnering with senior leadership, and delivering solutions to strengthen Agoda's organic performance. This is an Individual Contributor position with dedicated engineering resources to be defined and allocated by the PM.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze the online travel ecosystem, markets, competitive landscape, and user requirements with a strong focus on Search Organic traffic channels
  • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of campaigns/products that support wider company initiatives, enhance customer engagement, and optimize organic rankings to drive Agoda's revenues
  • Conceptualize, launch, and optimize SEO products and features; experiment, test performance, and iterate quickly
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Marketing, Content, and UX teams on cutting-edge technologies
  • Analyze content traffic, SEO metrics, and the effectiveness of campaigns and messaging using defined KPIs to improve content marketing ROI
  • Develop innovative solutions by collaborating across regions, product areas, and functions with a strong emphasis on SEO
What you'll need to succeed
  • At least 5+ years of product experience, including hands-on technical and content optimization experience
  • Bachelors degree in a technical field (Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics, or similar quantitative discipline)
  • Proven ability to leverage analytics and quantitative methods to inform and influence decision-making, with a strong focus on SEO
  • Strong data skills
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written in English) with the ability to convey complex messages clearly to different stakeholders
  • Experience developing and launching new products
  • Experience leading global product vision, go-to-market strategy, and design discussions for the organic channel
  • Entrepreneurial and analytical skills; ability to break down complex problems and drive change
  • Hands-on mentality with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Nice to have
  • MBA or Master's degree in Math, Economics, Computer Science, or Statistics
  • Strong proficiency in data tools such as SQL, Python, R, or equivalent
