The Library is seeking to fill an ongoing Assistant Director, Digital Community EL1 role in the Communications & Marketing Section of the Engagement Branch.
Working closely with teams throughout the Library, as the Assistant Director, Digital Community, you will oversee online and digital visitation & engagement. Additionally, you will drive audience-centric content delivery and evidence-based campaigns.
We are looking for someone skilled at triaging high volumes of work; inspiring and managing high-performing teams; and determining what is urgent, allocating tasks accordingly. Our ideal candidate will be familiar with current trends in the communications and marketing landscape.
