Job Description

The Senior Finance Manager will be responsible for:

  • Managing and coordinating all aspects of sustainability reporting
  • Conducting detailed financial analysis and reporting
  • Performing GAP Analysis and statutory reporting
  • Collaborating with various departments to gather data and insights for sustainability reports
  • Providing leadership and guidance to finance team members
  • Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards
  • Developing strategies to improve financial performance and sustainability measures
  • Identifying and implementing cost-saving initiatives
  • Participating in strategic planning and decision-making at the executive level
The Successful Applicant

To succeed in this role, applicants should possess:

  • A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • Experience in a similar role, preferably with exposure to AASB 2
  • Demonstrated experience in financial management and reporting
  • Strong knowledge of sustainability practices in a product-related sector
  • CA/CPA Qualification
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities
  • Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
