Sales Development Representative

On-Target Earnings (OTE): Up to $110,000 (Uncapped Commission)

We help clients find the right opportunities and navigate complex processes with confidence. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a talented and motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team and play a key role in driving business growth.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales and eager to make a real impact. As the first point of contact for many of our prospects, you'll be responsible for generating new leads, qualifying opportunities, and supporting our senior consultants in converting enquiries into clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify sales opportunities through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
• Manage a high volume of outbound activity to build a strong lead pipeline
• Handle and convert inbound leads with a consultative approach
• Book meetings for senior sales consultants and assist in closing smaller deals
• Use HubSpot CRM to manage leads, track performance, and follow up effectively
• Coordinate with marketing on outreach campaigns and promotional strategies
• Take ownership of performance metrics and contribute to team targets
• Occasionally attend client meetings or industry events as needed

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, telesales, customer service, or a similar client-facing role
• Proven ability to meet or exceed KPIs and performance targets
• Strong communication skills with confidence in phone-based sales
• Familiarity with CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce
• Highly organised, self-motivated, and able to manage time effectively
• Enthusiastic, coachable, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in recruitment, education, or migration sectors will be an advantage

• Competitive base salary of $50,000 + superannuation
• Uncapped commission with OTE of up to $110,000 or more
