Owned by the Mitchell family since 1999, Montalto is where seasonal, heirloom produce is grown, shared, and celebrated. Montalto's home estate of 30 acres under vine is the primary source for their premium wines, and the expansive kitchen gardens and orchards supply their kitchens in The Restaurant and The Piazza.

OPPORTUNITY FOR 2 x CHEF DE PARTIE | We are looking for energetic and passionate Chef de Parties to join our team.

THE ROLE(S)

  • Chef de Partie in The Piazza & in Picnics at Montalto
  • Contribute to preparing seasonal menu to ensure quality control and service standards are maintained
  • Food safety compliance
  • Ability to work as a part of a team and autonomously with excellent communication skills
  • Full-time (5 days a week). Weekend work with set days off. Occasional evening shifts for ad hoc functions only.

  • Extensive cooking experience with certificate III as a minimum
