About The Role

We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Store Manager to join our Bonds Outlet Canberra Store team.

This is a full-time position at 38 hours/week.

  • Lead by example to drive exceptional customer experiences and help the team meet budgets and KPIs.
  • Plan for succession within your team to ensure they can progress into their next opportunity.
  • Execute Visual Merchandising in-store with discretion to make commercial decisions.
  • Understand Stock Management processes and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Coach team members and provide on-the-spot feedback.
  • Analyze reports to make commercial decisions that drive business performance.
