• 3-month fixed term, part-time role located in Heathmont.
• Have a passion to support people with a disability in an inclusive way which meets the individual needs of the clients at your service
• Support a male client
• Your shifts will be 65.5/60 hour fortnightly split
• Experience in managing behaviours of concern with a calm, confident approach
• Demonstrated leadership skills and initiative in a support environment
• Strong knowledge and application of Person-Centred Active Support
• You will be required to possess or work towards an Advanced Diploma in Disability or equivalent to meet the criteria for this role

To be successful in this role you must have or be willing to obtain:

• Qualification requirement
• NDIS Worker Screening Check Clearance and Working with Children's Check (Employee)
• Current Level 2 First Aid & CPR Certificate
• Valid Australian Working Rights and an International Police Check if you have lived or worked overseas for more than one (1) year within the last ten years
