  • Permanent, Part-Time role located in Chelsea
  • Shifts are 66 / 51.5 hours per fortnight
  • You will support 4 customers with their daily activities and goals through a person-centred approach
  • Experience in the disability sector, including managing behaviours of concern, is preferred
  • Effective communication skills and experience managing a diverse team in the community sector are essential
  • Ability to adapt to change and lead a team through an evolving environment
  • Qualification: An Advanced Diploma of Disability or equivalent is required

As a Disability Support Worker, you will work with a team of specialists both on and off-site, all committed to creating meaningful opportunities for people with disabilities.

To succeed in this role, you must have or be willing to obtain:

  • NDIS Worker Screening Check Clearance and Working with Children's Check
  • Current Level 2 First Aid & CPR Certificate
  • Valid Australian Working Rights and an International Police Check if applicable
