Partnerships Consultant – Workforce Connect

We are looking for a Partnerships Consultant who is motivated by building strong relationships, skilled at creating opportunities, and committed to improving outcomes for participants and communities.

As a Partnerships Consultant: Workforce Connect, you will:

• Build and maintain relationships with employers, industry, schools, community organisations, and government.
• Coordinate partnership projects and events, including participant screening, progress tracking, job expos, and networking forums.
• Represent and promote Eighty9 Limited brands – Status, BlueSky Mind Studio, Pivot Training, and ImpactEight.
• Deliver information sessions, inductions, and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Provide administrative, reporting, and compliance support in line with government contracts and organisational standards.
