We are looking for a dynamic HR Generalist to manage and maintain day-to-day HR operations and implement HR processes. You must be an excellent communicator, proactive and shall have excellent organizational skills.

• Should be involved in all generalist activities.
• Joining & Exit formalities, attendance, leave management, grievance handling, employee engagement, database management
• Salary negotiation & appraisals
• Good computer and email communication skills.
• Excellent communication skills and personality.

• MBA/BA in business administration, social studies or relevant field; further training will be a plus
• Proven experience in HR position
• Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
• Proficient in MS Office and Excel
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong ethics and reliability
• 6 months - 2-year experience
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi

• For Freshers: As per the industry norms
• Experience: 1-2 years
• Fresher with good English and creative skills can also apply (who have completed their internship in the relevant field.)
