About the Role

The Store Manager's primary role is leading and training team members, driving sales, managing stock rotation, and delivering a high level of customer service to ensure Spendless Shoes remains the friendliest shoe people in the world.

Your Attributes
  • Previous experience in a Retail/Hospitality or Sales industry
  • Leadership skills to mentor and develop your team
  • Stock management and merchandising experience
  • Understanding of sales budgets & KPI\'s
  • Knowledge of rosters, wage control & people performance
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to adapt
  • Strong Customer service skills
  • Thrive in a fun, fast-paced work environment
  • Have the motivation to be successful
  • You\'re confident and passionate
  • You have a passion for fashion footwear
