Are you an experienced Senior Network Engineer with a passion for hands-on work, technical variety, and helping clients optimize their IT infrastructure?

We're seeking someone who is proactive, confident, enthusiastic, well-spoken, and has a can-do attitude.

This is a full-time role based in our Mount Waverley office in VIC.

We are looking for a Senior Network Engineer with the following skills:

  1. Multisite/WAN design and implementation
  2. Cisco switching and routing experience
  3. MPLS & SDWAN experience
  4. Multiple years of experience in an MSP or large multisite company
  5. Hands-on, onsite troubleshooting experience
  6. Understanding of security principles and best practices
  7. Professional attitude
  8. High level of customer service
  9. Ability to manage customer expectations
  10. Self-managed and able to work autonomously
  11. Natural problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  12. Team player

Requirements:

  • Must have Australian Permanent Residency
  • Must hold an Australian driver's license

Additional skills that are advantageous but not mandatory include:

  • Familiarity with remote management software Datto RMM
  • Auto Task PSA

  • Experience in an MSP environment or large multisite organization
